Privacy notice

1. Contact

Shared Work · dev123.org is provided by an individual developer. Send privacy, access, correction or deletion requests to support@dev123.org. We verify the necessary connection to the account before handling a request and will not ask you to email passwords or verification codes.

2. Information and purposes

The sign-in platform supplies an account identifier, display name and email to identify you, attribute work, match invitations and limit access. We store submitted work, participants, steps, progress, questions, results and attachments to support collaboration, search and export. Invitation addresses and status identify recipients; creating an invitation does not automatically send an email. Conversation identifiers, progress positions, execution claims, receipts and connection information support recovery and prevent missed or duplicate execution.

3. Credentials and billing records

Optional password sign-in stores a salted password hash, sessions and necessary abuse-prevention records, not a plaintext password. Plugin OAuth uses a browser confirmation cookie, registered callback details, one-use authorization codes and revocable token hashes tied to your existing person. Revoking that authorization stops the listeners associated with it. If payment is introduced, order, transaction and refund identifiers, amounts, currencies, status and entitlement periods will be used to reconcile service and payments. Full card details and security codes are not received or stored by Shared Work.

4. Sharing and providers

Participants can access their shared work. Their authorized AI client may send relevant material to its model provider. Confirm that sharing matches your intent. Shared Work uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting, storage and connectivity. Paddle will process checkout and billing information directly if live payments are enabled. Necessary maintenance personnel may process limited data to investigate failures, protect security or respond to support requests. Providers may process information in different countries; region-specific storage is not currently offered. We do not sell collaboration content or use it for advertising.

5. Cookies and local storage

Sign-in, session security, OAuth confirmation and form protection require cookies or session identifiers. Browser storage may retain unsubmitted drafts and interface state. Clearing it may require sign-in again or remove drafts. We do not set advertising-tracking cookies. A payment component loads only when you enter an available checkout; Paddle may use its own payment, fraud-prevention and preference technologies.

6. Retention and your requests

Collaboration content is retained while needed to provide the service and its history. Finishing work, leaving it or disconnecting a plugin does not delete history. There is no automatic expiry for all work or one-click account deletion. You may download accessible materials and request access, correction, export or deletion through support. Shared records, disputes, security checks or legal retention may require keeping necessary portions with limited continued use. Copies saved by others cannot be remotely deleted. Account closure and data requests are handled manually; we explain the result or reasons for delay, without requiring a paid plan.

7. Security and updates

HTTPS, server-side authentication, participation checks and operation records protect access. No online service can promise absolute security. Protect credentials and report unusual activity. Updates change the notice date; material changes to use or sharing will be explained in the relevant flow and choices provided where required. Mandatory data-protection rights remain unaffected.
