1. Service and provider
Shared Work is an online collaboration service provided by an individual developer under the Shared Work · dev123.org brand at sharedwork.dev123.org. Contact support@dev123.org. These terms cover the website and its connections. ChatGPT, Codex and other clients have their own provider terms. Their subscriptions and model allowances are not included.
2. Accounts and participation
Use your own account and protect its credentials. Your AI works within your existing participation rights; it does not need a separate account. Work is visible to its participants and their authorized AI clients. Invite only people who may access the material. Removing access cannot recall copies already downloaded or saved.
3. Your content and AI actions
You retain rights to submitted content and permit the processing needed to store, display, collaborate on and export it as requested. This does not transfer ownership. You must have the necessary rights to upload and share it. AI may make mistakes or omit details. Review results and expressly authorize consequential actions such as publishing, payments and external commitments. Final confirmation and reopening are website-only operations; the MCP interface cannot perform them. Delegated browser actions require your specific instruction.
4. Continued work and availability
Automatic follow-up depends on host support, valid sign-in and an active connection. An unavailable computer or client, a network interruption or a provider outage may delay it. Idle event listening does not invoke the model; handling work uses your client's allowance. Keep exported copies of important material.
5. Free use and future paid features
There is no live purchasing at present. If Plus is introduced, its price, taxes, capabilities and duration will be stated before you choose to buy. Free accounts will not be automatically converted to paid accounts. The proposed product is a one-time 30-day storage and bulk-export pass without renewal, not a sale of AI accounts or model credits. Sandbox transactions do not deliver live entitlements or charge real money. Paddle will only be used after the live payment channel is approved and enabled; its buyer terms will then apply to the transaction.
6. Acceptable use and changes
Do not use Shared Work for unlawful activities, infringements, malware, account theft, access-control bypass or service disruption. Necessary restrictions may be applied for security or abuse, with an explanation and contact route where compatible with safety and legal obligations. Material feature, price or terms changes will be explained. Changes materially affecting a purchased entitlement will include an applicable remedy and will not retroactively increase a completed order's price.
7. Leaving and resolving issues
You may stop using Shared Work, disconnect your AI and download accessible materials. Contact support for account corrections, export or deletion. Shared records, disputes, security and legally required records may require limited retention as explained in the privacy notice. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
