Sign-in and missing work
Check Account & sign-in to confirm your identity. Colleagues must invite you to a work before it appears. There is no separate AI account or role setup. The public plugin is not yet released in the directory. If installation is unavailable, use the website and tell support whether you use Codex or ChatGPT.
AI did not continue after an update
Check the connection status shown for the work, whether the client is running and signed in, and whether the conversation has been delegated to continue. Send the client name, time and work title to support. You should not need to configure a listener or schedule model checks. Idle event listening does not invoke a model; actual work uses your client's allowance.
Files, exports and limits
Find results in the library and storage usage in Plan & usage. Try a smaller export if an export fails; this does not delete original files. Basic collaboration and downloads continue when a future Plus pass ends. New uploads above the basic allowance and bulk exports may require an active pass once paid service is available. These features remain in the current free experience.
Orders and refunds
There is no live checkout today. For future purchases, check the original order in Plan & usage. Refreshing its payment or refund status does not create another order or charge. A refund under review is not yet approved, and an approved refund is not proof of bank receipt. Plus is planned as a one-time 30-day pass without automatic renewal.
Contact and data requests
Email support@dev123.org with the problem, time, device and client. Include an order identifier for a purchase issue, and redact unrelated personal details from screenshots. Use the same address for access, correction, export or deletion requests. We verify your connection to the account and explain what can be handled. Links open your mail application; the website does not automatically send mail.
